Nach intensiver Entwicklungsarbeit erfüllen wir jetzt den Wunsch vieler Kunden: Unsere bewährte AirLift Maxi Zusatzluftfederung ist jetzt für alle einachsigen Wohnmobile mit ALKO Tiefrahmen-Chassis lieferbar. Besitzer von Fahrzeugen auf Basis Fiat Ducato X250/X290 oder MB Sprinter 910 haben damit einen deutlichen Komfortgewinn. Die Luftfaltenbälge nehmen Schläge, die von der Fahrbahn an das Chassis übertragen werden auf und federn die Schwingungen ab. Das Fahrverhalten wird insgesamt ausgeglichener, die Seitenwindempfindlichkeit reduziert und das Wankverhalten in Kurven stabilisiert.

Voll geladene Heckgarage, Fahrradträger auf der Anhängerkupplung, oder einfach zu wenig Bodenfreiheit am Heck? Der große Hubbereich der Linnepe-AirLift Zusatzluftfeder ermöglicht das Heckniveau dem Beladungszustand anzupassen oder auch einmal das komplette Heck für einen höheren Böschungswinkel anzuheben. Der serienmäßige Kompressor des Zusatzluftfedersystems lässt sich bequem über das Bedienteil im Cockpit ansteuern und damit das Heck auf Knopfdruck anzuheben oder abzusenken. So lassen sich Situationen, wie Fährauffahrten, Schwellen an Stellplätzen oder steile Einfahrten, die einen hohen Böschungswinkel benötigen, ganz einfach meistern! Weiterer Vorteil: Die Kegelbälge lassen sich getrennt ansteuern. Das macht es einfach leichte Schiefstände auszugleichen.

Einladen und unbedenklich losfahren: Besitzer von Wohnmobilen, die ab Werk mit einem ALKO Tiefrahmenchassis ausgestattet sind, können jetzt auch noch das Gewichtslimit deutlich anheben. Durch das zum Lieferumfang gehörige Auflastungsgutachten für ALKO-Chassis besteht die Möglichkeit, Wohnmobile auf Basis des beliebten Fiat Ducato X250/290 und MB Sprinter 910, durch die Nachrüstung der AirLift Maxi Zusatzluftfederung die Zuladungsreserven deutlich auszuweiten.
- Fiat Light-Chassis: Mit dem Gutachten kann die Hinterachse auf bis zu 2.400 Kilogramm und das Gesamtgewicht auf bis zu 4.250 Kilogramm aufgelastet werden.
- Fiat Heavy-Chassis: Auflastung der Hinterachse auf bis zu 2.700 Kilogramm und das Gesamtgewicht auf bis zu 4.700 Kilogramm aufgelastet werden.
- MB Sprinter: Damit kann die Hinterachse auf bis zu 2.700 Kilogramm und das Gesamtgewicht auf bis zu 4.800 Kilogramm aufgelastet werden.
Voraussetzung hierfür ist neben den genannten Fahrwerksanpassungen eine ausreichende Tragfähigkeit der Rad-/Reifenkombination.

If the motorhome, packed ready for travel and including people, is close to or above the registered total weight. Vehicles with a rear garage, bicycle racks, scooter holders or lots of special equipment in particular quickly reach their limits.
This is Linnepe's additional air suspension system for motorhomes with a permissible total weight of up to 7,500 kg. It is available as a 6 or 8 inch version, works with a 2-circuit system with a compressor and creates a lifting force of up to 2.5 tons per bellows.
First, the vehicle registration document is used to check whether a surcharge report exists for the model. A suitable additional air suspension (AirLift or AirLift Maxi) is then installed, the wheel and tire load capacity is checked and finally the registration is made with the TÜV or the registration office.
It is possible to install our products yourself. We generally recommend having the installation carried out by a specialist workshop. Our hydraulic support system may only be used by trained service partners (you can find them at https://linnepe.eu/Servicepartner/) or installed in our service center.
The basic requirement for increased load is the installation of our additional air suspension. If not only the permissible total weight (GVW) but also the rear axle load is to be increased, a new wheel/tire combination with the appropriate load capacity may need to be installed. The load capacity of the tires and rims must be half of the intended axle load.

Since the rear axle can now be subjected to a higher load, both the rim and the tire must have the necessary load capacity. This must be verifiable. If there is no report from the rim manufacturer, a new wheel/tire combination with a suitable certificate must be installed.

If the permissible total weight is increased to over 3.5 tonnes, a class C1 driving license is required. Anyone who did the old class 3 before 1999 can drive vehicles up to 7.5 tonnes and is on the safe side.

The installation of an AirLift Maxi additional air suspension can be completed quickly by experienced fitters. Depending on the vehicle type, assembly, TÜV approval and instruction by the fitter can be completed in one working day. The vehicle owner then has to have the change entered in the vehicle documents at his registration office.
