The payload upgrade potential of Linnepe

With the Linnepe AirLift and Linnepe AirLift Maxi auxiliary air suspension systems, it is also possible to increase axle loads and the permissible total weight of Fiat Ducato and vehicles with Euro chassis (Peugeot Boxer, Citroën Jumper, Toyota Proace Max and Opel Movano) as well as motorhomes based on MAN TGE or VW Crafter chassis, Ford Transit and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. An important requirement for a payload upgrade is an appropriate approval certificate for your vehicle model.

AirLift Maxi auxiliary air suspension on the leaf-sprung rear axle
Light chassis can be upgraded up to 4,150 kg (suitable wheel/tire combination and Coilspring/ProShock required!)
Heavy chassis can be upgraded up to 4,700 kg (suitable wheel/tire combination and Coilspring/ProShock required!)
Important requirement for payload upgrade: appropriate approval certificate for the vehicle model
  • AirLift Maxi retrofitting is only possible for leaf-sprung rear axles.
  • First check the code letter on the type plate to determine the chassis variant, and check the axle loads (digits 1 and 2).
  • Then cross-reference the load capacity table or use the load capacity configurator for the rear axle and gross vehicle weight.
  • The wheel and tyre combination must meet the minimum load capacity: Light Chassis 1120 kg, Heavy Chassis 1300 kg. Proof of load capacity is required for TÜV approval to ensure the load increase is implemented in compliance with legal requirements.
