A. Linnepe GmbH endeavours to make its website linnepe.eu, including the product finder, online appointment booking and mail-order purchase, accessible in accordance with the German Accessibility Improvement Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz, BFSG).

Description of the service

On this website, consumers can select accessories for motorhomes (tow bars, load carriers, levelling jacks, auxiliary air suspension systems, gas detectors) for their vehicle, book a binding fitting appointment at our workshops in Ennepetal and Burgheim, or order parts for self-fitting.

Status of compliance with the requirements

The website was designed in accordance with the requirements of EN 301 549 (WCAG 2.1 level AA). The measures implemented include: keyboard operation, a visible keyboard focus, labels and status messages for buttons and input fields, alternative texts for product images, sufficient font sizes, magnification up to 200 per cent without loss of content, plain language without technical abbreviations, and an appointment reservation that is extended automatically on expiry instead of cancelling the process.

This website is partially compliant with the requirements. The content listed below is not yet fully accessible:

• Some colour contrasts of links and small notice texts do not yet reach the ratio of 4.5 to 1 everywhere.
• The map display of service partners (Google Maps) and embedded YouTube videos are third-party content and cannot be fully operated with the keyboard.
• The catalogue and fitting instructions provided as PDF files have in part not been created as accessible PDFs.

We are working to resolve these points. This statement was prepared on 11.09.2026 on the basis of a self-assessment.
