Cancellation policy

Consumers (§ 13 BGB, German Civil Code) are entitled to the following right of withdrawal in respect of contracts concluded via our website. It does not apply to dealers and other traders.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days

• in the case of an online workshop booking (parts with fitting in Ennepetal or Burgheim), from the day of the conclusion of the contract, that is, from the day on which you received our booking confirmation by e-mail;
• in the case of a mail-order purchase, from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, acquire(s) physical possession of the goods; where several goods of one order are delivered separately, from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the last of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us,

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below for this purpose, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

In the case of a mail-order purchase, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For goods which, by their nature, cannot normally be returned by post (freight-forwarded goods such as auxiliary air suspension systems with compressor, levelling jack systems or load carriers), the cost is estimated at a maximum of approximately 150 euros. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

If you requested that a service (fitting, inspection, registration entry) should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the services provided for under the contract.

Notes on the exclusion and expiry of the right of withdrawal

• The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual selection or determination by you is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to your personal requirements (§ 312g Absatz 2 Nummer 1 BGB).
• In the case of a contract for services, the right of withdrawal expires if we have performed the service in full and only began performing it after you had given your express consent and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been performed in full by us (§ 356 Absatz 4 BGB). The workshop appointment is generally at least fourteen days after the booking, so that the withdrawal period expires before the fitting.
